Welcome to LuxeLab AI™. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LuxeLab AI™ platform, including the LUKE AI Transaction Coordinator, LuxeLink™ client portal, and all associated features and services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Luxe Living Realty, Inc. ("Luxe Living Realty," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Eligibility and Access

The Platform is intended for use by licensed real estate professionals, brokerage staff, and authorized clients of Luxe Living Realty. By using the Platform, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are accessing the Platform for lawful real estate business purposes

2. Account Registration

Access to the Platform requires registration with a valid Luxe Living Realty email address or by invitation from an authorized administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for lawful real estate transaction management, document processing, client communication, and related business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Platform to harass, defame, or harm any person
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform without written authorization

4. AI Features and LUKE

The Platform includes LUKE, an AI-powered Transaction Coordinator designed to assist with real estate workflow management. You acknowledge and agree that:

• LUKE is an AI tool and does not constitute licensed legal, financial, or real estate advice
• All AI-generated content should be reviewed by a qualified professional before reliance
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information processed through LUKE
• AI features are provided as productivity tools and do not replace professional judgment

5. DocuSign Integration

The Platform integrates with DocuSign for electronic signature and document management. Your use of DocuSign features is also subject to DocuSign's Terms of Service. You authorize the Platform to access and interact with your DocuSign account solely as necessary to provide Platform services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, branding, and technology comprising the Platform — including LuxeLab AI™, LUKE, Brain Builder™, The Luxe Way™, and related marks — are the exclusive property of Luxe Living Realty, Inc. and are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Platform or its intellectual property.

7. Client Data and Confidentiality

Real estate transaction data entered into the Platform is confidential. You agree to handle all client data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, your professional obligations as a licensed real estate professional, and the terms of any applicable buyer/seller representation agreements. You may not use client data for any purpose outside of the authorized transaction.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We expressly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Living Realty, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or transaction errors, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County or Will County, Illinois.
