LuxeLink™ is operated by Luxe Living Realty, Inc., a licensed real estate brokerage in Flossmoor, Illinois.
How to delete your account
Option A — in the app (immediate)
- Open LuxeLink and sign in
- Go to Profile → Your Account
- Tap Delete account
- Type DELETE to confirm
Option B — by email (if you can't sign in)
Email support@luxelivingrealty.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my LuxeLink account." We confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Saved listings, saved searches, and saved mortgage calculations
- Messages between you and your agent
- Documents and photos you uploaded
- Push notification tokens and notification preferences
- Your login credentials
What we keep, and why
As a licensed real estate brokerage, Luxe Living Realty, Inc. is required to retain certain transaction records — such as executed contracts, closing documents, and signed disclosures — for the period required by Illinois real estate licensing regulations and by our MLS data agreement.
Required retention period: 5 years
These records are retained separately from your app account. After deletion they are not used to identify you in LuxeLink, and your account can no longer be used to sign in or access the app.
