LuxeLab AI™ ("LuxeLab," "we," "us," or "our") is a proprietary platform operated by Luxe Living Realty, Inc. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with your use of the LuxeLab AI™ platform, including the LUKE AI Transaction Coordinator, LuxeLink™ client portal, and all associated features (collectively, the "Platform").

• Communications with LUKE, our AI Transaction Coordinator

• Payment and billing information processed through secure third-party providers

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform
• Process transactions and manage real estate files
• Power the LUKE AI Transaction Coordinator and related automation features
• Communicate with you regarding your account, transactions, and platform updates
• Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations
• Protect the security and integrity of the Platform
• Fulfill our obligations as a licensed real estate brokerage

• With service providers who assist in operating the Platform (including Anthropic/Claude API, DocuSign, Supabase, and Google) under appropriate data processing agreements

• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, with notice to affected users

4. DocuSign Integration

The Platform integrates with DocuSign to facilitate electronic signatures and document management. When you use DocuSign-powered features, your data is also subject to DocuSign's Privacy Policy. We access your DocuSign account only as necessary to perform platform functions on your behalf.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Real estate transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable state law.
