Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn, unused, and with original tags

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union:
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
Returned items must meet the same conditions listed above—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
